  • How is the Smart Touch approach different?
    At Smart touch, we combine best practices in communications and customer/client experiences to help people become more confident, effective and productive communicators in business. Our learning modules put “how-to” guidelines, insights, templates and other training and reference materials at people’s fingertips, so that they can start improving their communication skills right away.
  • Will there be more learning modules?
    Yes, and new modules will continue to be organized by method of communication. We currently provide modules for phone, email and meetings, with new modules for text and instant messaging and social media under development. We will keep adding to existing modules and creating new ones as long as the different ways that businesses communicate continue to evolve and expand. As a subscriber, you will be notified by email when new modules and module expansions become available on our website.
  • How much does a subscription cost?
    An annual, nonrefundable subscription fee of $75.00 gives you unlimited access for one year to the communications modules on our website. Your subscription will automatically renew every year so that you will have continual access to all of the modules and new ones as they become available on the site.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If you do not wish for your subscription to renew automatically, you must cancel your subscription before your auto-renew date in your online account on the Smart Touch Communications website. Please note that we do not offer any refunds, although exceptions will be considered by contacting our Support Team. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, your payment will not be pro-rated. However, you will continue to have access to all of the modules on our website until the end of your current subscription period.
